Apple Inc. Releases iOS 7.0.4 For iPad And iPhone

Apple Inc.has just made the latest version of its operating system available for download. The software, which is called iOS 7.0.4, will fix some of the problems that users are experiencing with iOS 7. It is the latest update to iOS 7, a big operating system upgrade that Apple made available last.

The download link for the latest version of the Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) mobile operating system can be found by going to Settings on an iOS device, looking for software update under the General tab, and giving the device permission to update itself.

iOS 7 update

iOS version 7.0.4 is expected to address some of the remaining bugs in iO7. One of the major issues that the software fix is hoped to address is one that causes calls over Facetime to fail for some users. Apple Inc. has had great success with iOS 7. The operating system has seen a very quick adoption rate, and has been given generally good reviews by the tech press. The Bug fix is available for the “iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, and iPhone 5s; the iPad 2, third- and fourth-generation iPads, iPad Air, iPad mini, and iPad mini with Retina display.” It will be also available for the iPod touch fourth generation and fifth generation.

iOS 7 reception

iOS 7 was probably the biggest operating system release for the company since the original version of the mobile platform hit back in 2007. The software allows the use of 64 bit processing, it completely changed its visual style and it added support for OpenGL in order to boost its gaming prowess.

The operating system did, like any other, contain a few bugs at launch. The company is working on isolating those bugs in order to deliver the best possible experience to its users. The iOS version 7.0.4 may not be that noticeable to most iOS users because most of its fixes only affect a small number of the company’s users. It is still recommended that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) fans download the latest version of iOS 7, however.
